Bill Bruce, P.E., IWE is the director of Welding & Materials Technology for DNV Columbus. He has over 25 years of experience in the area of ferrous materials, their weldability, and their application in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical industry - the Pipeline sector in particular. Areas of expertise include failure analysis, diagnosis of weld cracks and other discontinuities, inspection techniques, repair welding applications, corrosion control, service life extension, project management, and business development. Mr. Bruce has a strong ability to understand research results and put them into practice.
